RUB MIXTURE EVENLY ON OUTSIDE OF THE BONELESS PRIME RIB.
PLACE IN A ROASTING PAN IN THE MIDDLE RACK OF OVEN.
COOK AT 250 DEGREES UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE.
YOU WILL NEED A BIO-THERM FOOD SAFE THERMOMETER:
- 120º-125º - RARE
- 130º-135º - MEDIUM RARE
- 140º-145º - MEDIUM
- 145º-150º - MEDIUM WELL
- 150º + - WELL DONE
